Experience Manager - Horizontal Community

About the role

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a Dubai-based property management firm founded in 2006 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, is launching a new flagship project and is looking for an experienced Experience Manager with a strong background in horizontal community management, especially villa and townhouse developments. The role covers community operations, resident relations and facilities coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee community management, including financial management, maintenance and resident experience
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and owners association bylaws
• Monitor service providers' performance against company SLAs and KPIs
• Develop strategies to optimise and grow the buildings under management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Lead initiatives on sustainability, environmental stewardship and technology integration
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors and authorities
• Assess building operations regularly and prepare reports for senior management and clients
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and legal developments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field (Master's preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in owners association management
• Certification in property management or owners association management (e.g. CMCA, M100, PCAM)
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations relating to owners' associations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship

Required skills

• Proficiency in financial management and reporting
• Technologically savvy, with experience in property management software
