Senior Real Estate Consultant

About the role

The Golden Key Technology is looking for a Senior Real Estate Consultant to advise clients who want to establish, expand or optimise their real estate holdings in Dubai and the wider region. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, working closely with clients to identify investment opportunities, carry out market analysis and guide them through property acquisition, leasing and portfolio optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their objectives and needs.
• Prepare financial and market feasibility reports.
• Coordinate property viewings.
• Negotiate terms with developers, landlords and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams in business setup, global trade and strategic advisory to align real estate strategy with wider business goals.
• Stay up to date on local regulations, free zone and mainland property frameworks.
• Develop proposals and presentations that clearly communicate recommendations to decision-makers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate consulting, brokerage or investment advisory, preferably at a senior level in Dubai or the GCC.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; relevant certifications such as RERA are a plus.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships, negotiate with multiple stakeholders and close complex transactions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in business setup, trade or strategic consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional integrity, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Market research, financial analysis and feasibility assessment for commercial and residential properties.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, free zone and mainland structures, licensing requirements and compliance frameworks.
