Experienced Land Surveyor for High‑Rise Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead surveying activities on high‑rise building projects, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct land, construction, topographic and as‑built surveys for high‑rise developments.
• Perform setting‑out works for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, cores and other structural elements.
• Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, coordinates and reference levels throughout the project.
• Verify building lines, elevations, dimensions and verticality against approved drawings.
• Prepare accurate survey records, reports, calculations and as‑built documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, construction managers, QA/QC teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably on high‑rise building projects.
• Hands‑on experience in Dubai/UAE construction sites.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, civil and MEP drawings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level and GPS/GNSS equipment.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software.
• Experience using surveying equipment and maintaining its accuracy.
