Experienced Off‑Plan Property Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Miracle Homes is expanding its Dubai sales team and seeks experienced off‑plan property consultants to join a fast‑growing brokerage. You will work directly with investors, qualify their needs, match them with suitable projects, and close transactions while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify buyers and understand their investment objectives.
• Match clients with appropriate off‑plan projects and present investment options.
• Lead follow‑up and manage the sales pipeline consistently.
• Maintain disciplined use of the CRM system for tracking leads and activities.
• Deliver professional client‑facing presentations and handle negotiations to close deals.
• Create and appear in social‑media and video content to promote listings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real‑estate experience (2 + years preferred).
• Proven track record selling Dubai off‑plan properties.
• Strong knowledge of major Dubai developers, projects and communities.
• Fluent English; additional language (Arabic, French or Russian) strongly preferred.
• Excellent phone, WhatsApp and face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Currently based in the UAE.

Required skills

• CRM discipline (use of a CRM platform for lead management).
