Real Estate Administrator – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Administrator to oversee the day‑to‑day administrative operations of our Dubai office. The role ensures accurate property, client and transaction records while coordinating smoothly with landlords, tenants and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks of the real‑estate office, including filing, correspondence and phone handling.
• Maintain accurate records for properties, clients, landlords, tenants and transactions.
• Prepare and process tenancy contracts, Ejari registrations and other documentation.
• Update property listings on real‑estate portals and keep the CRM system current.
• Coordinate appointments, property viewings, meetings and follow‑ups for the sales and leasing teams.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documents, and follow up on pending contracts and payments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Real Estate Administrator.
• Good knowledge of Dubai real‑estate procedures, including DLD, RERA and Ejari.
• Experience with real‑estate CRM systems and property listing portals.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
