Experienced Real Estate Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Elite LUX Realty is seeking a seasoned real estate consultant to join its Dubai office. You will focus on meeting clients, negotiating deals, and closing transactions while leveraging a robust support infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients, conduct property viewings, and negotiate sales.
• Close real‑estate transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with the ISA team to keep leads warm and follow up on prospects.
• Work with the marketing team on personal branding, social media, and content creation.
• Utilise the company’s international network to attract cross‑border opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings and share market insights with leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of real‑estate experience in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and transaction processes.
• Own a car and hold a valid UAE driving licence.
• Willingness to work full‑time from the Dubai office.
• Professional communication and client advisory skills.
• Ambitious, competitive, and focused on increasing sales production.
