Experienced Scaffolder – Full-time in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced scaffolder to join our Dubai‑based team at APEX Events Services LLC. The role involves erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures for events, exhibitions and construction projects across the UAE. You will work under the supervision of a site supervisor, following approved drawings and strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures according to approved drawings.
• Handle, sort and stack scaffolding components such as tubes, boards, couplers and fittings.
• Ensure structures are properly braced, tied and secured before handover.
• Perform routine checks and report defective materials or unsafe conditions.
• Meet project deadlines, including event build‑up and dismantling schedules.
• Follow all site safety rules, method statements and permit‑to‑work requirements.
• Use PPE correctly at all times, including full‑body harness when working at height.
• Support the supervisor and site helpers as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of scaffolding experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Third‑party scaffolding certificate or recognised scaffolding training preferred.
• Ability to work with tube‑and‑clamp and system scaffolding.
• Ability to read and follow scaffold drawings and instructions.
• Good understanding of work‑at‑height and PPE safety requirements.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in site conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during event build‑up and dismantling periods.
• Basic communication skills in English, Hindi or Urdu.
