EYFS Teacher – Join New GEMS Founders School in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join the founding team of GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar in Dubai, starting in October 2026. The role involves delivering the British Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to young learners and helping shape the culture and learning environment of a brand‑new school.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the National Curriculum for England.
• Establish strong classroom routines and a supportive learning atmosphere for FS1 students.
• Contribute ideas to develop innovative learning experiences and school-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate STEAM, art, music and physical education into the curriculum.
• Participate in theme days, educational visits, and leadership activities that extend learning beyond the classroom.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed or a related qualification.
• Passion for early years teaching and ability to work in a newly established school.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and character development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the British Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Ability to design and implement age‑appropriate learning activities.
