About the role
The Facilities Coordinator will support daily operations at PepsiCo’s Abu Dhabi and Al Ain sites, acting as a liaison between supply‑chain, finance and sales functions. The role ensures smooth processing of quality issues, invoices, cash reconciliation and return orders while maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and document defective products, photograph issues and submit quality complaint forms to the Saudi team.
- Compile daily invoiced orders versus ordered quantities and calculate the CFR using the provided template.
- Scan and validate daily revenue invoices for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, update tracking spreadsheets and share with the sales team.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation, compare actual collections with system summaries and report discrepancies to IBM teams.
- Enter valid and bad return orders in SAP, obtain necessary approvals and communicate details to finance and supply teams.
- Maintain an updated customer‑aging file, gather resolution comments from KAMs and supervisors, and trigger Customer Position Forms (CCPF) as needed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams in different locations.
- Organised and capable of following documented procedures accurately.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP for order entry and tracking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data compilation and reporting.
