Facilities Management & Planning Associate Coordinator

About the role

The Facilities Management & Planning Associate Coordinator will support PepsiCo’s sales organisation in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on sales administration, reporting, POSM execution and trade‑spend tracking to ensure smooth field‑sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general sales administration, reporting and execution tracking for the sales team.
• Coordinate field‑sales communication and organise POSM ordering, delivery and execution tracking.
• Support claims processing by validating proof‑of‑performance and maintaining trade‑spend trackers.
• Track sales incentives, returns, customer creation, uniforms, annual leave calendars and T&E bookings.
• Prepare and publish field‑sales communications, playbooks, promotional calendars and execution priorities.
• Act as first point of contact for customer queries on product range changes, pricing and claims.
• Assist in preparing new line and pricing information for customers according to agreed formats.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of trade‑spend tracking and claims management processes.
• Coordinate sales order processing with CBS and supply‑chain teams to ensure next‑day delivery.
• Generate activity sheets, credit notes and support logistics with new load requests.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in a FMCG environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
