About the role
The Facilities Technician will ensure that all building facilities and equipment operate smoothly and safely. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are eager to start a career in facilities management and are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair building facilities and equipment as breakdowns occur.
- Monitor system performance and report any irregularities.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
- Preference will be given to Filipino nationals.
- Basic understanding of building systems and a willingness to learn on the job.
