Technical Integrator Lead (Systems Engineer – Nuclear Project)

About the role

The Technical Integration Lead will oversee the overall technical integration of a radioactive waste management facility, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, safety, licensing, site characterization, waste management, cost, and project disciplines. The role applies systems engineering principles to manage interfaces, requirements, dependencies, and design integration while working closely with the client and regulator.

Key responsibilities

• Systems engineering and technical integration of the radioactive waste management facility.
• Multidisciplinary design integration covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & control and infrastructure disciplines.
• Management of nuclear safety, licensing and regulatory interfaces.
• Site characterization and integration of radioactive waste management processes.
• Requirements, interface and technical configuration management across all project domains.
• Project estimating and coordination with client and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Nuclear Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong systems engineering and technical integration experience on complex nuclear, radioactive waste management, decommissioning or other highly regulated multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in multi‑disciplinary concurrent engineering design programmes with budgets exceeding €10 million.
