Factory Director

About the role

The Factory Director leads a network of poultry marination and vegetable processing plants across the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA and Egypt. This senior position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on operational leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality products are delivered on time and within cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end performance of multiple factories, setting priorities, targets and governance for each location.
• Ensure safe, high‑quality poultry and vegetable processing while meeting production plans, cost targets and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP and local food‑safety regulations across all sites.
• Drive continuous‑improvement, Lean initiatives and automation projects to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Own financial performance, budgeting, cost‑improvement plans and capital‑expenditure proposals for the network.
• Develop talent, succession plans and workforce capability in each factory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of food‑manufacturing experience, including at least 8 years in senior manufacturing leadership of multi‑site operations.
• Proven track record of designing, building and commissioning new food‑manufacturing facilities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills with internal and external partners.
