About the role
Join Chalhoub Group as a Fashion Consultant for Athleta at Palm Jumeirah Mall, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales in a luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and deliver outstanding guest service.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Build omni‑channel client relationships and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
- Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on app offerings.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and social media campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines, SOPs and click‑and‑collect SLAs.
- Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and support CRM/CX initiatives.
- Contribute to eNPS and people experience initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
