F&B Artist

About the role

The F&B Artist provides essential kitchen support across Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina. You will ensure clean and ready dining ware, operate dishwashing equipment, and assist with basic kitchen preparation to keep hotel food‑and‑beverage operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and hand‑wash stations.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, tools, and dining ware.
• Transport dishware and supplies between kitchen, employee dining, and service areas.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, bending, twisting, and reaching overhead.

Required profile

• No high‑school diploma or prior experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to follow safety training and certifications.
• Professional communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to perform repetitive physical activities safely.
