F&B Captain – Choix (by Pierre Gagnaire)

About the role

The InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Captain for its signature outlet Choix, created by Pierre Gagnaire. You will lead service delivery, ensure the highest standards of hospitality, and support guests throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service in line with InterContinental and Pierre Gagnaire standards.
• Resolve guest complaints during the shift, escalating to the Manager on Duty when necessary.
• Supervise cash handling, banking procedures and prepare daily cash flow reports.
• Oversee maintenance of service equipment and monitor guest facility standards.
• Control stock levels and enforce security procedures.
• Prepare quality beverages, including mocktails and hot drinks.
• Utilise food knowledge to guide guests and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
