Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Guest Environment Expert)

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all hotel areas, including guest rooms and public spaces. You will work closely with guests and team members to ensure high standards of hygiene, safety and service throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, lobby and other public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock housekeeping carts, and ensure all supplies are available.
• Follow Marriott’s safety, quality, and confidentiality policies while performing duties.
• Uphold uniform standards and professional communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk and be on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to Marriott’s quality and safety standards.
• Professional demeanor, reliable attendance and ability to work independently within a team.
• Willingness to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and present a neat uniform.
