F&B Delivery Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Delivery Manager will lead the delivery function, ensuring efficient operations and strong customer relationships across all markets. You will shape the delivery strategy, drive sales growth, and continuously improve service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement best‑practice delivery processes that maximise customer satisfaction.
• Create the annual delivery strategy and business plan for the department across all countries.
• Participate in budgeting for the delivery function.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the delivery team to build a high‑performing workforce.
• Develop measurement tools and performance metrics, optimise scheduling and routing.
• Forecast delivery volumes, analyse historical data and expand delivery platforms and menus.
• Negotiate with suppliers, service providers and delivery aggregators on rates and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, including at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
