F&B Marketing and Communications Manager

About the role

Support the execution of the resort’s food & beverage marketing and communications strategy, working closely with F&B Operations to drive traffic, covers and incremental revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze daily cover reports and identify opportunities to increase guest traffic and revenue.
• Create and manage a dynamic marketing calendar featuring chef takeovers, festive activations, lifestyle collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Monitor Dubai’s dining scene to spot emerging trends, new venues and influencer movements.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers and industry partners to secure impactful PR coverage.
• Collaborate with MMI, A&E and premium beverage brands to design co‑branded events and sponsorships.
• Craft compelling storytelling that promotes the resort’s restaurants, bars and lounges across digital, social and press platforms.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in F&B marketing, brand partnerships or communications, preferably within a restaurant group, beverage brand or lifestyle agency.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai’s F&B market, culinary trends and the luxury dining guest mindset.
• Strong network of chefs, food critics, media, influencers, suppliers and distributors.
• Highly creative, commercially minded and able to translate insights into meaningful activations.
• Excellent copywriting, event and project‑management abilities.
