E-commerce Merchandiser – Dubai

About the role

Al Boom Marine is seeking a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Merchandiser to drive online sales and conversion across its brand websites in Dubai. The role will own end‑to‑end product setup, on‑site merchandising, stock visibility and promotional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise category and collection pages, manage homepage banners and landing pages to boost engagement.
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, imagery and attributes on Shopify Plus.
• Plan and execute promotions and seasonal campaigns, set up discount codes and campaign pages.
• Monitor online stock, flag risks and recommend merchandising actions.
• Analyse sales, conversion and customer behaviour using Google Analytics and Shopify reports, and produce trading insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or related field.
• 2–4 years of e‑commerce merchandising experience, preferably in fashion, footwear or sports retail.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus) and familiarity with Magento or WooCommerce is a plus.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple launches.
