F&B Runner – Mediterranean Restaurant

About the role

Join the opening team of Josephine, a waterfront Mediterranean restaurant at Rixos Premium Dubai. As an F&B Runner you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining floor, ensuring every dish reaches the guest promptly and perfectly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly, safely and professionally.
• Verify table numbers and presentation before leaving the pass.
• Assist waitstaff with table maintenance, clearing, resetting and preparation.
• Keep service stations clean, organized and fully stocked.
• Support opening and closing duties, maintaining hygiene standards throughout.
• Communicate clearly with chefs, waiters and supervisors to maintain smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Energetic, positive and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Highly attentive with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Team‑player with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Ability to handle crockery, glassware and restaurant equipment responsibly.
