About the role

Join the Mezzaluna restaurant team at InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City as an F&B Server. You will be the front‑line ambassador delivering warm, sophisticated service to guests in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service following standard operating procedures.
• Clear and set up tables, ensuring a tidy dining area.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest complaints during the shift and record them for follow‑up.
• Execute cash handling and banking procedures accurately.
• Assist with the maintenance of service equipment and monitor guest facility standards.
• Control stock levels and follow security procedures.
