F&B Service Expert (Bartender) – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Service Expert (Bartender) to join our Four Points by Sheraton team on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in a friendly, guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure a clean and well‑stocked service area.
• Maintain the bar area, manage the menu, and verify information visually.
• Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, moving supplies, and working on varied surfaces.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Assist with cleaning and restocking bar supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
• Read and verify menu information accurately.
