F&B Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. In this guest‑focused position you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for each service.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of dishes.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, respond to requests, and process transactions.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to health‑safety guidelines.
• Handle physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS or ordering systems (if applicable).
• Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
