F&B Service Team Leader – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for an F&B Service Team Leader to join the SAL Service team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, a flagship eco‑conscious luxury resort. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, motivates the service team and ensures exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant or outlet, driving service standards and departmental goals.
• Brief service staff before each shift on priorities, menu updates and guest expectations.
• Lead by example with professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Address guest needs and special requests promptly, delivering personalized service.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory control and coordinate with suppliers for F&B needs.
• Prepare and maintain service records, shift reports and guest feedback logs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience as a service team leader in a 5‑star luxury property or branded restaurant.
• Fluent in English and a second language.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Micros and Seven rooms systems.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment and handling guest complaints.
