F&B Supervisor - Banquet

About the role

The Banquet F&B Supervisor will lead a dedicated team to deliver flawless banquet experiences at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai. Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Banquet, you will ensure every service step meets the hotel’s high standards and exceeds guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of banquet shifts, from set‑up to service delivery.
• Ensure food and beverage service quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hotel standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and hotel policies through regular inspections.
• Engage on the floor, assist with service, handle VIP guest needs, and resolve guest issues in the manager’s absence.
• Collect and act on guest feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
• Support training, development, and performance coaching of team members.
• Collaborate with other F&B outlets and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in banquet or food‑and‑beverage supervision.
• Strong leadership with a focus on teamwork, integrity, and respect.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
