About the role

Join the Al Maha Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa as an F&B Support Expert (Busboy). You will help ensure smooth food‑and‑beverage operations in a world‑class desert resort, delivering memorable guest experiences while working alongside a dedicated hospitality team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables in dining areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks such as restocking supplies and transporting items.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including floors, service stations, and equipment.
• Replenish linens, utensils, and other service items throughout the shift.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Adhere to Marriott policies and quality standards to support a safe workplace.
