Restaurant Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Lebanese restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in a fast‑paced F&B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain service quality.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and guarantee excellent guest experiences.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational requirements.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
• Implement procedures to improve productivity and overall restaurant performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff, guest experience, inventory, and daily operations.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• UAE F&B experience is preferred.
