About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations in an Arabic restaurant, delivering a memorable experience for guests through attentive service and efficient support.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas and replenish supplies.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied surfaces.
- Read and verify menu information, maintain a safe workplace, and uphold company policies and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
