About the role

The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations in an Arabic restaurant, delivering a memorable experience for guests through attentive service and efficient support.

Key responsibilities

Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas and replenish supplies.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied surfaces.
Read and verify menu information, maintain a safe workplace, and uphold company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is preferred.
No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
