F&B Support Expert – Mini Bar Attendant

About the role
Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly, creating a memorable experience for guests while adhering to company policies and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas and replenish supplies, including managing the mini‑bar inventory.
- Read and verify menu information, and perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead and working on uneven surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, restock mini‑bar items, support guest beverage requests, and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces, and to lift and carry objects as described.
