About the role

Join the luxury team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm as a dedicated Female Butler. You will deliver personalized, high‑end service to discerning guests, ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including packing, laundry, and personal shopping.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments for seamless service.
• Maintain immaculate guest suites and common areas.
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages upon request.
• Assist with planning and execution of private events.
• Handle guest correspondence, manage schedules, and keep accurate preference records.
• Uphold and exceed all service standards consistently.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a comparable high‑end hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication, discretion, and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
