Female Fitness Coach – 6-7K Salary

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Female Fitness Coach to deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions to our members. You will design customized programs, track progress, and help members achieve their fitness goals while contributing to club revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group training sessions tailored to individual fitness levels and goals.
• Achieve personal training sales and conversion targets, as well as weekly session delivery quotas.
• Design, implement, and regularly update personalized training programs based on assessments.
• Perform fitness assessments, monitor performance, and adjust programs to ensure continuous progress.
• Promote and sell personal training packages, class series, and other fitness services.
• Build strong relationships with members to boost engagement, retention, and referrals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment and ensure proper equipment use.
• Deliver scheduled group fitness classes with high quality and professionalism.
• Keep accurate records of sessions, programs, assessments, and progress in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or related field (preferred).
• Valid Personal Training certification from an accredited organization.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Proven ability to meet sales, conversion, and session delivery targets.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness assessments, training principles, and injury‑prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
