Field Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Moneythor, an award‑winning fintech platform for digital banking, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive growth across key markets. The role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, reporting to the VP of Marketing with a dotted line to the VP of Sales. It is a hybrid position based in Singapore or Dubai, requiring travel to support events and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute field marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline and contribute directly to revenue goals.
• Align marketing activities with regional sales priorities, target accounts, and growth objectives.
• Develop multi‑channel campaigns that engage target accounts throughout the buying journey.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to create events, webinars, and collateral.
• Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise results.
• Travel as needed to coordinate and implement marketing events and projects.

Required profile

• Self‑driven operator with high energy and a bias for action.
• Strong ownership mindset; able to drive initiatives across teams to completion.
• Commercially minded and motivated by revenue outcomes rather than activity metrics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with marketing and sales leadership.
