Field Operations Technician – Dubai

About the role

Moove is seeking a Field Operations Technician in Dubai to ensure the continuity of its large vehicle fleet. You will be the on‑ground link between remote operations and the vehicles, handling breakdowns, incidents, and repositioning tasks across a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to live vehicle incidents, breakdowns, and on‑road interventions on public and private roads.
• Assess each situation, take appropriate action, and maintain clear communication with the remote operations team.
• Safely drive and operate vehicles for deployment, repositioning, and recovery when a vehicle cannot return to depot on its own.
• Reposition vehicles across operational zones as directed to maintain fleet availability.
• Coordinate handovers with depot staff, remote operators, and the Fleet Operations Manager, ensuring accurate status updates.
• Complete field reports, incident logs, and documentation promptly following each intervention.
• Adhere to Moove’s safety standards and standard operating procedures, escalating any deviations.

Required profile

• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Valid driving licence and ability to safely operate vehicles on public and private roads.
• Strong communication skills to interact with remote and depot teams.
• Focus on safety, compliance, and accurate reporting.
