Export & Logistics Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export & Logistics Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and coordinate export shipments. The role ensures that goods are correctly packed, documented and dispatched on time while maintaining high standards of safety and inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders and the Export team, ensuring proper packing, labeling and compliance with agent‑specific requirements.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing and dispatch, while maintaining inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Plan shipment schedules, manage loading and unloading processes, and collaborate with sales and production teams for dispatch planning.
• Lead and schedule warehouse staff, monitor workflow efficiency and keep accurate records in the ERP system.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with basic knowledge of export shipments.
• Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
