Field Sales Development Representative – GCC

About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Field Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities across the GCC for a leading technology services provider.
Key responsibilities
- Find and prospect potential clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.
- Conduct face‑to‑face sales visits and cold visits to companies.
- Attend exhibitions, business events and industry forums to generate leads.
- Use phone, LinkedIn and email to support sales activities and qualify prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts and activities in the CRM and report market feedback.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years B2B sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years selling technology services, IT outsourcing, BPO or staffing.
- Proven experience in face‑to‑face sales, cold visits and networking within the GCC, preferably Saudi Arabia.
- Valid UAE driving licence and currently residing in the UAE.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
