About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Field Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities across the GCC for a leading technology services provider.

Key responsibilities

Find and prospect potential clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.
Conduct face‑to‑face sales visits and cold visits to companies.
Attend exhibitions, business events and industry forums to generate leads.
Use phone, LinkedIn and email to support sales activities and qualify prospects.
Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts and activities in the CRM and report market feedback.

Required profile

3‑5 years B2B sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years selling technology services, IT outsourcing, BPO or staffing.
Proven experience in face‑to‑face sales, cold visits and networking within the GCC, preferably Saudi Arabia.
Valid UAE driving licence and currently residing in the UAE.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM systems.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
