Field Sales Executive – B2B (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to expand Dutees' corporate footprint across the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate customers and managing existing reseller relationships while promoting our ready‑stock and custom apparel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits throughout the UAE to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage corporate and reseller accounts, presenting the blank‑apparel range and custom manufacturing capabilities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations for order execution and timely delivery.
• Update CRM daily and submit visit and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B, uniforms, apparel, promotional products, printing or corporate gifting.
• Strong communication skills in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with the UAE corporate market is preferred.
