About the role
Honeywell is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join its Falcon Program, dedicated to supporting UAE nationals. In this position you will deliver advanced technical assistance for the Industrial Automation business unit, ensuring customers achieve optimal performance, safety and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site troubleshooting and resolution of complex automation equipment issues.
- Install, commission and calibrate industrial control systems.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the field service team.
Required profile
- UAE national with a background in engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to travel within the Abu Dhabi region for field assignments.
