Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will act as a financial analyst supporting Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s management team. You will provide analytical and commercial insight, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, and help improve financial performance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring timely delivery.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly management reports and presentations for the board.
• Support divisional performance reviews, conduct variance analysis and manage general ledger reviews.
• Assist with working capital planning, cash‑flow statements and forecasts.
• Analyse pricing, sales performance, stock and receivables, and advise on capex projects.
• Maintain incentive models, historical databases and exception reporting.
• Coordinate audit activities and support year‑end audit completion.
• Contribute to system and process improvements, acting as a SAP user and project member for reporting updates.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance‑related roles.
• Strong accounting and analytical expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
