Finance Control Professional – IMEEA Region

About the role

The Regional Financial Controller will analyse the performance of the IMEEA network of entities, ensuring high‑quality and consistent financial information. Acting as the main liaison between the Head Office Finance Department and local subsidiaries, the role supports strategic decision‑making across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Control subsidiaries' financial performance, including audits, monthly closings, and dividend distributions.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with group policies.
• Coordinate with Shared Service Centers (FiCOM and GBS) to align with target operating models and drive efficiency.
• Promote a cost‑saving mindset and support the finance network’s animation.
• Assist the cost control department with ad‑hoc studies, tool development, and reporting automation.
• Contribute to the year‑end budgeting exercise and financial planning.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree, preferably from a business school.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or controlling.
• European citizenship, aged 18‑28 (VIE eligibility under French law).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
