Finance Department Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Finance Department Intern to support our pricing, reporting, risk management and accounting activities across multiple markets. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic printing company based in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in product pricing for 23 markets and prepare related analyses.
• Support monthly reporting, including preparing reports for the CFO and improving reporting tools.
• Analyze purchase requisitions and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Contribute to the implementation of a Business Continuity Management System and quarterly risk reporting.
• Prepare Excel‑based tools for VAT transaction review and compile data for financial control accounts such as accruals and pre‑payments.
• Liaise with team members to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting.

Required profile

• University studies in business‑related fields (pre‑degree level acceptable).
• Minimum 6‑month internship experience in controlling, accounting or risk management.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and independent work style.
• Excellent oral and written English; international experience is a plus.
• Outgoing personality and quick learning ability.
