Finance Graduate Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our Finance team in Dubai on a 6‑12 month Graduate Training Program. The role provides hands‑on experience across core finance functions, with real responsibilities from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting books and post journal entries for cash and accrual transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit‑card accounts and resolve outstanding items promptly.
• Manage accounts payable, liaise with vendors and suppliers.
• Perform monthly general‑ledger reconciliations and address discrepancies.
• Assist with quarterly VAT filings in line with GCC regulations.
• Support regulatory reporting to the CMA and other compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with banks to sustain strong relationships.
• Help prepare for annual audits.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA or CIMA qualification is a plus.
• Outcome‑driven attitude with strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
