About the role
Meraki Group is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 4‑5 years of post‑qualification experience to lead treasury, cash‑flow management and financial planning for its construction and real‑estate projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily cash balances, maintain weekly/monthly cash‑flow forecasts and optimise working capital across projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners, secure and manage credit lines, loans, LCs and BGs, and ensure full compliance with banking terms.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, track actual spending against budgets and align financial forecasts with operational milestones.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 4‑5 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in real‑estate and manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills for negotiations with banks and presentations to senior management.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- ERP systems.
- Financial forecasting and corporate finance forecasting.
- Cash‑flow management.
- Banking compliance, handling of LCs and BGs.
