Finance Manager – Core Revenue Planning (CEMEA COE)

About the role

Visa’s Finance Velocity Office is building a world‑class finance function to accelerate transformation and improve business operations. The Finance Manager for the CEMEA Core Revenue Planning Center of Excellence will own the end‑to‑end Oracle EPM revenue forecasting process and partner with FP&A, Data Science and business teams to drive automation, standardisation and AI‑enabled forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Own Oracle EPM revenue forecasting capabilities, governance and enhancements; deliver baseline revenue and P&L forecasts, variance analysis and coordinate planning cycles.
• Develop and validate revenue planning methodologies, driver frameworks, forecasting logic and allocation models, including cross‑border revenue baselines, yield assumptions and FX impacts.
• Lead monthly close and outlook reporting, performing data validation, variance analysis and providing management insights.
• Partner with FP&A, Data Science, Technology and business stakeholders to improve forecast quality, drive process standardisation, automation and AI‑driven enhancements.
• Test, deploy and continuously improve EPM system functionality and forecasting automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, methodologies, best practices and related tools.
• Proven ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed environment and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Experience with advanced forecasting techniques, predictive analytics and statistical modelling.
• Experience implementing or optimising financial planning systems and processes.
