Finance Manager – Hindi Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager who is fluent in Hindi to join a diversified UAE‑based group. This senior, commercially‑focused position works closely with the Group CFO and senior leadership to drive financial performance, governance and strategic decision‑making across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Group CFO and senior leadership on strategy, finance, commercial and governance matters.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term business planning for all group entities.
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, consolidated reports, executive dashboards and board presentations.
• Analyse variances, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop financial models, feasibility studies, scenario analyses and investment appraisals.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity, working capital, collections and payments.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, transfer pricing and other regulations.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings and respond to regulator queries.
• Strengthen internal controls, delegation‑of‑authority and approval frameworks.
• Drive improvements in ERP systems, reporting tools, data quality and automation.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance teams across the group.

Required profile

• Chartered qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA) and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least five years in a finance leadership role.
• Proven experience working directly with CFOs, CEOs, boards or shareholders.
• Hands‑on expertise in multi‑entity/group finance, reporting, FP&A, treasury, audit and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and investment appraisal.
• Practical UAE/GCC experience, especially UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, is highly preferred.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills with confidence presenting at board level.
