Finance Manager – Record to Report (R2R)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) function for our UAE and KSA operations. The role oversees month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closes, statutory reporting and balance‑sheet integrity while driving process excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring compliance with global timelines and company policies.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and conduct variance analysis against budget/forecast.
• Oversee preparation of annual statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and manage Stat‑to‑GAAP adjustments.
• Own balance‑sheet management, lead review meetings, approve complex reconciliations and ensure SOX/ICFR compliance.
• Act as primary liaison for external and internal audits, coordinate schedules, resolve audit queries and implement remediation plans.
• Identify bottlenecks in the close process and drive automation initiatives using Oracle and cross‑functional collaboration with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, P2P and O2C teams.

Required profile

• CA, CMA, MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• 8‑10 years of finance experience, preferably in a regional or multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and proven audit/process‑excellence expertise.

• Oracle (ERP) reporting and automation.
