Finance Traineeship – Emiratisation Program

About the role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance trainee to join its finance team in Dubai. The role offers hands‑on exposure to core finance operations within a fast‑paced luxury retail environment, helping you build strong analytical and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the month‑end closing process, including reconciliations and data validation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and consolidated data trackers.
• Support financial monitoring and reporting activities using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Help organise and maintain accurate financial data with strong attention to detail.
• Assist the team with day‑to‑day finance coordination and ad‑hoc reporting tasks.
• Contribute to ongoing finance initiatives and process improvements where needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately.
• Well‑organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
