Financial Trainer – Professional Skills (Dubai)

About the role

Fitch Learning is seeking a Financial Trainer specialized in Professional Skills to join its Dubai office. You will work within a global faculty that designs and delivers leadership, communication, teamwork and problem‑solving programmes for banks, regulators and multilateral institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging professional‑skills training through in‑house, virtual and public formats.
• Translate complex workplace contexts into practical, experiential learning aligned with client objectives and Fitch Learning quality standards.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials, toolkits and assessments based on best practices and client feedback.
• Support business development as a subject‑matter expert by participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals and presenting solutions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for content, technical and process queries within the professional‑skills product area for the region.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering or developing professional‑skills programmes (leadership, communication, teamwork, problem‑solving) within a bank or financial institution.
• Proven presentation skills and confidence facilitating diverse audiences, both virtual and in‑person.
• Effective communicator with demonstrable impact on learner outcomes and behaviour change.
• Strong professionalism and cultural awareness suited to global financial‑services clients, especially in the MENA region.

Required skills

• Experience designing blended learning solutions using varied instructional methods.
• Familiarity with virtual training platforms and e‑learning technologies.
